This is an image I created with an easel and palette promoting the military child art contest. In Cumberland County Schools, over 35% of students are military-connected. Every school in our county is affected by the military, so it is fitting that we honor the sacrifice of these students. In honor of the Month of the Military Child, we are sponsoring an Art Contest. The theme of the contest is “A Day in the Life of a Military Child”. All entries should be delivered to the Central Office located at 2465 Gillespie Street in Fayetteville no later than April 13, by 5:00 p.m. There will be four divisions, and each entry will compete within their respective division.

Grades Pre-K – 2nd $25.00 Barnes & Noble gift card
Grades 3 – 5 $50.00 Barnes & Noble gift card
Grades 6 – 8 $75.00 Barnes & Noble gift card
Grades 9 – 12 $100.00 Barnes & Noble gift card

Art Contest guidelines:
